Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner were spotted all smiles having dinner in Paris and even had a bottle of champagne on Tuesday. A video of the dinner has been released on Instagram, prompting rumors and leading fans to ask, "Where in the world is Selena Gomez?" 

Well, the Biebs and Sel were spotted earlier that day having breakfast in the city of lights. But why the dinner with Kendall when reports suggest that Sel has cut all ties from the Jenner girls because she really does not like them?

Earlier this year, Sel reportedly left furious after she confronted Justin over his friendship with the Jenner girls. She even unfollowed them on her Instagram account and deleted all their pictures from when they hung out at the Coachella Music Festival.

Also, Kylie Jenner reportedly sent lots of texts to Sel's beau.

Reports claim though that the girls have made up.

According to the singer's Instagram account, Sel was actually out and about taking selfies at the Eiffel Tower and showing of her gorgeous jewelries. But still, fans are wondering why the on-and-off couple were not together enjoying the lovely sights.

Kendall's side said that Biebs and the model are just really good frieds and that they are not romantically linked.

Kendall was really hitting it off at Paris Fashion week as she ramped and walked in so many shows. The dinner date was said to be a break from the 18-year-old model's hectic schedule.

On the other hand, Bieber has been sharing snaps of him and Sel and noted that he wanted to get back to making new music and that he has already been on break for too long.
