A then-four-year-old girl from Texas, who was taken from her father, is on her way back to his arms after going missing for 12 years, reports stated on Wednesday.
Sabrina Allen, who is now 17 years old, was spotted in Papalotla in Tlaxcala, a small town near Mexico City on Tuesday with her non-custodial mother Dara Llorens.

Llorens had been wanted on a federal warrant and had been profiled twice in the television show "America's Most Wanted" since she abducted her daughter over a decade ago.
On April 19, 2002, Llorens took her daughter without Allen's permission during her scheduled visit, which was part of a court-ordered custodial agreement.
After they received a tip, authorities from the U.S. and Mexico joined forces as they placed the 44-year-old mother under surveillance for two weeks before stepping in.
During the struggle, Llorens had even injured a police officer who was trying to take her and Sabrina into custody.
The two were immediately flown back to Houston where Llorens was detained for aggravated kidnapping charges and interference with child custody. She is currently being held on a $300,000 bond.
Meanwhile, Sabrina's father, Greg Allen, who had never lost hope that he would one day reunite with his alienated child, is looking forward to finally having some quality time with his now-teenage daughter.
"I understand she's been subjected to intense parental alienation. We have a long road ahead of us," he tearfully told USA Today and described how he travelled to and from Mexico in the hopes of locating his missing daughter.
According to him, Sabrina is undergoing mental health and counseling prior to their reunion.
"I'm going to ask her if I can give her a hug. She's in pretty bad shape is my understanding. I just pray for healing," he stated explaining that they don't have a set timetable for their reunification yet but he is willing to let her gradually adjust to the situation and introduce her to his new family.
