China declares the Kunming terror attack solved, with the three remaining suspects in the Saturday night carnage now in custody.
The Ministry of Public Security, however, says they are not letting down their guard and have in fact stepped up security and police visibility all around Kunming and adjacent areas.

A warning alert was also reportedly issued to citizens to notify authorities if they see any Xinjiang residents in their vicinity. Authorities had blamed Xinjiang militants for the hacking attack that killed 29 people and wounded more than a hundred others on Saturday night.
The terror group that stormed the Kunming train station consisted of eight people, six of whom were males and two were females, according to the ministry. It identified the group's leader as Abdurehim Kurban.
The Ministry's criminal investigation group began its task of scouring the crime scene for evidence early on Sunday, conducting interviews, forensic examinations, fingerprint comparisons and DNA tests.
After 40 hours of continuous work, the investigators believe they have obtained sufficient and unquestionable evidence about the identity of the attackers and the way they had planned and implemented the crime.
Police killed four of the attackers and arrested one injured female attacker during Saturday night's chase. The arrested female attacker was brought to hospital for treatment and is now considered a person of interest in the crime.
The Chinese leadership and 2,172 members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference observed a moment of silence for the victims during the conference.
Vice-president Du Qinglin condemned the terror attack for taking such a heavy toll on lives, property and safety, and expressed his sympathies for the victims and their families.
