Hollywood actor Adam Sandler will star and produce four movies which will be available worldwide in an exclusive deal he has signed with Netflix, an online home-streaming service in the US.
Netflix's aim to produce more movies doesn't seem to be slowing down with its upcoming collaboration with Sandler. The first out of the four films that he will be producing with the streaming service is said to be coming out as soon as 2015.

Happy Madison Prods., the production company that Sandler owns, will be working with the online streaming service to make four films, all presumed to be of the comedy genre, but this new deal does not cover the actor's current commitments.
Following Netflix's announcement that it will be debuting the sequel to the 2000 Ang Lee film 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,' they have also signed a deal with Sandler, saying that his movies are consistently in the top ranks of films that are mostly viewed by audiences in the US and in other places, including the United Kingdom and Brazil in South America.
"When these fine people came to me with an offer to make four movies for them, I immediately said 'yes' for one reason and one reason only. Netflix rhymes with 'wet chicks,'" the actor said in his statement about the deal.
According to Ted Sarandos, chief content officer of Netflix, the '50 First Dates' star has an appeal that influences viewers of all ages, adding that everybody has a favorite Sandler movie; and from every movie, a favorite line, not only among viewers in the US, but also people from other countries.
On a side note, Sandler's films have earned almost $3.9 billion at the box office worldwide. His two recent films, 'Men, Women and Children' and 'The Cobbler,' were featured in the Toronto International Film Festival this year.
