"I am satisfied with tonight's match," China coach Jenny Lang Ping said. "We knew we had to play on our highest level and we did it. We were good in serving and blocking."
China remains unbeaten in Pool E and leads the pack with 14 points followed by host nation Italy with 13 points.
China will go up against the Dominican Republic next who currently stands in third place.
In Pool F, the United States and Brazil also maintains a perfect record as team USA crushed Bulgaria 25-17, 25-19, 25-16.
The United States proved their dominancy over the net as they are too quick for the Bulgarian nationals who didn't blocked a single attack from the Americans.
Kelly Murphy was unstoppable during the match, gathering 16 points to top the Americans while Emiliya Nikolova led Bulgaria with 13 points.
"We won all matches so far but we cannot be distracted from the very next match," USA coach Karch Kiraly said. "Otherwise we would almost certainly lose."
Team USA faces Serbia next who defeated Kazakhstan also in three sets 25-13, 25-15, 25-20.
The two-time Olympic Gold medalists Brazil needed four sets to dispose of Netherlands 23-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-16.
USA remains on top of their pool with 15 points followed closely by Brazil with 14. They are right on schedule for a top spot showdown on Sunday.
Meantime, defending champions Russia was shocked by Turkey after taking the first two sets and losing the remaining three sets 25-19, 27-25, 22-25, 22-25, 13-25.
Russia is currently in fourth place with 10 points behind Serbia's 11. They still have a chance to enter the final six just as long as they win their final two matchups against Brazil and Serbia.
