A Los Angeles court has ordered the alleged stalker of actor Shia LaBeouf to stay away from him for the next three years.
According to TMZ, the permanent restraining order against Graciela Nahle was handed out last October 1.
The ruling came out after the "Transformers" star was granted a temporary one last month.

According to the court's decision, Nahle has been ordered to remain 100 yards away from LaBeouf and have "no electric contact" with him for three years.
The 28-year-old actor went to court to get an injunction against Nahle as he fears for his safety after she showed up at his home on three different occasions in the past months.
In August, Nahle was arrested after she was found "skulking around" LaBeouf's property at Studio City in Los Angeles, California.
Court records showed that the 31-year-old woman called the actor "Albert Einstein" and claimed they belong together.
"I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together," Nahle screamed when LaBeouf asked her to leave during an encounter at the actor's property.
The "Nymphomaniac" star said there was also an occasion that the woman arrived at her house with a baby and claimed that they were best friends in a previous life.
The call made by LaBeouf to 911 was released to the public last August.
The actor told police that the female trespasser had been stalking him for two weeks.
He can also be heard saying, "don't touch me" before he explained the situation to the police.
Nahle previously pleaded "no contest" to trespassing and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
However, she was released after just four days.
LaBeouf can be seen in the upcoming war movie "Fury," which he stars along with Brad Pitt, Logan Lerman, Michael Pena, and Scott Eastwood.
It is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on October 17.
