Hong Kong actress Sharon Chan tied the knot with her long-time business man boyfriend, William Liu, in a private beach ceremony in Bali, Indonesia earlier last week.

Chan finally got hitched with Liu, her boyfriend of 10 years in a lovely beach wedding in Bali. Although the occasion had been held in secret, there had already been speculations that she will be getting married after being spotted at the airport before heading to Indonesia.

The actress eventually revealed the wedding photos last October 1 which showed the seaside venue and their good friends who attended the occasion. Chan is said to have invited her friends from the entertainment business, including Oscar Leung, Stefan Wong among others.

The wedding venue is said to have been booked by the couple in January when Liu proposed to Chan on her birthday. The actress is said to love warm beaches and the tropical scenery and that her dream wedding was to get married in a small church in Bali and it looks like she got what she wanted.

"I already started crying before I entered the church," the new bride said, adding that she has cried many times out of happiness. She also expressed her thanks to her family and her friends who helped her with the wedding which is said to have cost millions.

The actress' mother is said to have been feeling better seeing her daughter married.

Despite getting married, Chan expressed her wish to continue her filming career even after marriage. Additionally, the actress responded to rumors that she was pregnant, refuting the claim and saying that she will stick to her principles and will only have kids after she gets married.

On the other hand, Christine Ng, who is Chan's god-sister and is known to have taken good care of the actress like her own sister, shared that she has given Chan a wedding gift that she would surely love, saying, "It's a token from my heart...She will definitely love this gift to death."
