Angry Birds Movie Boasts Star-Studded Cast

Jason Sudeikis, Maya Rudolph and Peter Dinklage would be shaken their [literal] tail feathers as they join the cast of the upcoming movie adaptation of the famous game, Angry Birds.
The Hollywood Reporter broke the news on Wednesday, October 1.
The "Game of Thrones" star and the "Saturday Night Live" alums would voice thir own birds for the animated film based on the Rovio mobile game.

Other stars in the Angry bird flock are "Saturday Night Live" stars Bill Hader and Kate McKinnon, Josh Gad, who voiced the lovable snowman Olaf in "Frozen", Ike Barinholtz of "The Mindy Project", Danny McBride from "Eastbound & Down", Tony Hale from "Veep", Keegan-Michael Key of "Key and Peele", Danielle Brooks who stars in "Orange is the New Black", Jillian Bell from "Workaholics" and Hannibal Buress of "Broad City".
Josh Cohen, the producer of the movie, recently told through a statement to The Hollywood Reporter that he was "extremely proud of the cast."
"Not only do we have Jason, Josh, Danny, Bill, Maya, and Peter bringing these characters to life, but they're surrounded by an all-star ensemble of emerging comedic talent -- these are some of the funniest people out there today, and we're thrilled to have them all on board," he said.
The movie is being set up to impress, and gather big box office sales. The popularity of the Angry Birds game is immense, reaching up to 2 billion downloads since its release in 2009. It has been dubbed as one of the biggest video games of the smartphone era.
The Angry Birds movie will be flying to theaters in 2016.
