Actor Charlie Sheen is facing a lawsuit for allegedly assaulting a lady dental technician while he was being administered with nitrous oxide and pain medication prior to being treated for dental abscess at an L.A. clinic on September 25.

Based on court documents filed by dental technician Margarita Palestino on Friday, Sheen had freaked out inside the clinic, jumped out of the dental chair, and yelled "I'm going to f---king kill you!" as he peeled off his nitrous oxide mask.

Palestino alleged that Sheen had grabbed her left breast and pulled down her bra as she tried to put the mask back on him.

She earlier told police that she rushed out of the room when Sheen's security entered, followed shortly by the dentist, who then told her that Sheen had tried to attack him with a knife during the commotion.

Palestino also claimed, citing statements by the dentist and Sheen's bodyguard, that the 49-year-old actor was high on rock cocaine and was incoherent when he came into the clinic, adding that the actor's staff had offered to pay her $500 for the incident.

But just as police began investigating the alleged cocaine-driven rage, Sheen's lawyer and management team hit back at the lady dental technician, saying her allegations were all fabricated.

Celebrity website TMZ also revealed Friday that the lady dental technician had been fired for violating the confidentiality of Sheen's medical-dental records.

"The story is being made up by this woman who was fired on Friday for violating HIPAA by telling her son Charlie was in the office," said Sheen's lawyer, Marty Singer.

Singer added that no bodyguard ever said anything about Sheen being high on cocaine, and that his rage was just fuelled by his bad reaction to the nitrous oxide that was being administered on him.

The dentist also belied Palestino's allegations about the knife incident.
