Brian Hoyer Leads 26-Point Comeback Against Tennessee Titans

Quarterback Brian Hoyer led his Cleveland Browns to 26 unanswered points against the Tennessee Titans, winning the game via 26 point comeback. The final score was 29-28.

The start of the game was all Titans, as Jack Locker began the game with 58 yard drive in seven plays. The drive ended with an 11 yard touchdown pass to Kendall Wright. In the second, Locker topped another drive with an 11 yard touchdown run by the quarterback.

The first half went on with Locker throwing more touchdowns to Wright and Justin Hunter. The Titans ended the first half with 28 points, 18 more than the Browns' 10 via Hoyer's touchdown pass to Jim Dray and a field goal by Billy Cundiff.

However, come the second half, the Browns came back with a vengeance, not allowing the Titans to score anymore, and putting together an impressive scoring run.

The third quarter only was the prelude of the Browns' comeback, with Cundiff's field goal the only scoring action.

The fourth though saw the Browns come together as a team, with both offense and defense working for the win.

In 1:46 into the final quarter, the Titans were readying for a field goal. It was blocked by Tank Carder and which he forced as a safety, contributing a big special team play for the win.

Afterwards, Hoyer took over and made two touchdown passes both to Travis Benjamin.

In their two final quarters, the Browns scored 19 straight points and kept the Titans offense at bay all the while to secure the come from behind victory.

Hoyer finished with 21 of 37, and threw for 292 yards. Hoyer and the Browns handed the Titans their fourth straight loss.

The Browns record improves to 2-2.
