Carey reportedly performed twenty of the most loved songs including new songs from her latest album entitled "Me. I AM Mariah... the Elusive Chanteuse."
When the singer sang "Always Be My Baby", it already was a rocky start for her as she did not hit the right notes from the beginning of the song. Another song that disappointed her fans was her performance on "We Belong Together" as she forgot the lyrics of the song when she had to start over again due to the mic stand breaking while she was performing.
As for her performance of the song "My All", the video was uploaded on Youtube showing her missing on lots of notes as the video was entitled "Failed My All".
In Carey's defense, she has not been out performing for quite some time now and this is her very first performance after a couple of years. Experts always said that the first night would always be the roughest as nothing will ever go smoothly.
Anyway, this is just the first leg of her tour as she is set to continue the concert all over Asia this October.
Mimi had four wardrobe changes all throughout the evening and her two adorable twins were also in the audience.
Meanwhile, her hubby Nick Canon was nowhere in sight. The power couple reportedly filed for a divorce already and they are in a rocky moment in their relationship.
