Stalker alert!
Shia LaBeouf finally received a 3-year restraining order against a woman who apparently frequently went to his house.
With the restraining order, Shia's stalker must stay 100 yards away from the "Transformers" actor.
It is reported that the woman, named Graciela Nahle, loitered around Shia's property because she believed that the actor was Albert Einstein and that they belonged together.

News broke out last month that the 31-year-old woman was arrested after LaBeouf caught her eating a watermelon in his driveway. She was kindly asked to leave, but Nahle screamed and threatened the actor.
"I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up your world! Yu are Albert Einstein and we belong together," she shouted at LaBeouf.
The woman was clearly mentally disturbed, as she showed up once again in his house, carrying a baby and claiming that she and the actor were the best of friends in another lifetime.
LaBeouf had to call 911 to help him deal with the woman. He told the officers that the woman had been near his property for two weeks, and that he feared for his safety.
After her arrest, she pleaded 'no contest' to trespassing.
Although she was sentenced to remain in jail for 45 days, she was released after her fourth day.
