Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes just revealed the most shocking news yet after the bad press she's been getting for years: that she is engaged to a 19-year-old boyfriend.
In an interview with "InTouch", she said she had been needy of friendship and hated men, but can now actually tell them off because she has a secret someone that she wants to be married to.

Bynes described her fiancé as a certain Caleb who works in a bait shop in Costa Mesa, California. She also told "InTouch" that she wants to move to New York where she was recently seen riding her bike. She said she prefers to be in the big apple because there she can walk and ride her bike, whereas in California, one has to always drive.
Bynes added that she would want to get married at the London hotel in Los Angeles, but did not reveal whether or not the wedding date has already been set.
Bynes was spotted wearing a diamond ring, and with her own that she's engaged, what's left to be seen is the groom-to-be.
In the interview, she also talked about the kids she would want to have. She said she'd like to have as many boys as she can, and would rather not have a daughter lest the girl might make her feel jealous.
Bynes was recently arrested for her second DUI case and was booked for possession of marijuana but was let out the same day. She was also reportedly kicked out of her fashion school, although this has yet to be confirmed.
