Ryan Phillippe sat down with Huffington Post live reporter, Ricky Camilleri and discussed his relationship with his ex-wife as well as his relationship with their two children Ava, 15, and Deacon, 10.
He told Camilleri that he met up with Reese and his children for a day in Central Park, when the actress was in town promoting Gone Girl and Wild.

"We got to meet up as a family and took a walk through the park, it was funny because we shot a lot of Cruel Intentions [there] and there we were with Ava and Deacon talking about it, and they were tripping out on the fact that we were there shooting a movie before they were even a thought in our minds," Phillippe said.
Although, Phillippe clarified that they have not shown the R-rated "Cruel Intentions" film to Ava and Deacon.
"I mean I guess Ava could watch it. But, I've only done one or two none R-rated movies so they haven't really seen much of my work. But right now I am currently working on a 10 episode series for ABC, it's just for one season, but, it's something both Ava and Deacon could watch, so I'm looking forward to that." The actor stated.
Phillippe also admits that he and his ex have gotten to a really great place "It's going really well, she's happy and remarried. Our kids are incredible, I'm proud of the way we have handled it and who our little people are".
Phillippe's directorial debut "Catch Hell," will be in theaters Oct. 10.
