A Foreign Ministry spokesman said Chinese investigators did not find any sign or trace that would show that the missing Malaysia Airline flight MH370 entered Chinese territory or passed by the country's airspace.
Hong Lei told reporters in Beijing that the northern corridor of China has been checked by radar and satellite equipment to find traces of the plane, upon the request of the Malaysian authorities, but so far, no sign of the missing plane has been found within China's airspace or territory.

"We acted on the request of the Malaysian side. China has shared satellite data with investigators but still no traces of the plane have been found," said Hong in a daily press conference.
Hong, however, stressed that the search within China's territory continues and that it could take few more days to finish considering the vast area of the country's territory. China has already mobilized its naval ships to comb its vast sea territory and have also sent its state-of-the-art vessels to aid in the international search for the missing plane.
The Foreign Ministery spokesman said China supports Malaysia's request that all countries take part in the international search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH 370. The government have also asked Malaysia to take care of the missing passengers' families, who are now in Kuala Lumpur waiting for the latest update on their loved ones.
The plane, a Boeing 777-200 aircraft, was on its way to the Chinese capital Beijing from Kuala Lumpur carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew when it mysteriously disappeared from radar on 8 March.
The scope of the search activities has been widened to include Kazakhstan in the north to the Indian Ocean in the south.
US President Barack Obama has already considered the search for the missing plane an urgent concern considering that several theories about terrorism and deliberate actions have already surfaced, even linking the pilot to the mysterious disappearance of the plane.
