Everyone was hopeful that actress Amanda Bynes was getting her life together after her mother was granted conservatorship over the actress.
Unfortunately, her mother decided not to extend the conservatorship and the actress is back on her downward spiral.
A source told E! That "Problems came days after the conservatorship ended". Byne's parents had exchanged greetings with their daughter since then, but according to her father "Amanda is 28, she can decide on her own and do whatever she wants"

Bynes, whose been on a Twitter hiatus since early May, returned to the social networking site tweeting "Don't believe everything the gossip sites are saying about me. They continue to dislike me for some reason and will continue to insult me everyday".
The actress is back in New York City after being arrested for another DUI in Los Angeles, just last week. She announced that she has decided to transfer to NYU or Columbia to study Psychology, this announcement came after reports that the actress had left FIDM where she was taking up fashion.
However, if you see her around--do not attempt to strike up a conversation with her, the actress sent out a warning to fans and to anyone who plans to approach her by tweeting "I HATE stalkers."
Bynes, was placed under her mothers' care through a court-ordered conservatorship, but her mother had faith in the actress and decided not to extend the order. She also checked the actress into rehab for mental illness last fall and enrolled her at Irvine's Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising after her daughters stint in rehab.
The conservatorship ended on Sept. 10, and since then, Bynes' behavior has once again come into question. Not only has the actress been arrested for another DUI she is also rumored to be engaged to a 19-year-old California native.
