Miley Cyrus is being dragged in a lawsuit filed on October 8, 2014 by a model named Yolande Ngom, who allegedly got mauled by the dog of Cyrus' older sister, Brandi.
The pooch named "Feather" allegedly attacked the model resulting to her career being ruined. In the court documents submitted, the model stated that she was in the apartment building where the Cryus sisters are living. The attack was said to have happened two years ago.

The company of Cyrus, Smiley Miley, Inc., owns the said building and the model noted that one of the employees was handling the dog however, the employee could not keep the pooch under control. That's when the model was allegedly attacked.
The model noted that it was unprovoked and the bite ripped open one of her thighs. She added that the employee did almost nothing to help her from the attack or to let the dog be tamed.
Due to the bite, it has left scars that could not be covered resulting to her not being able to work as a model anymore.
The model will be sing the sisters as well as the company for the bills in the hospital and lost wages. Neither Cyrus nor her representatives have commented on the said lawsuit. Her sister also has not released a statement regarding the claims of the model.
Meanwhile, Cyrus was supposed to be charged regarding the usage of the Mexican flag in her concert last September. The Mexican officials noted that what Cyrus did was really offensive however, the singer promised not to do the same on her next concert, still in the area, thus the charges were dropped.
Her Bangerz tour was also canceled at the Dominican Republic as her on-stage behavior was regarded by the officials as provocative and violated their views on morality.
