New Jersey Housewife Teresa Giudice starts her 15-month prison term on January 15, 2015 while her husband Joe, will be serving 41-months in prison.
The couple had both pleaded guilty to bank fraud charges and agreed to a plea deal, the TV star said that she had no idea, nor did she expect that she would end up going to jail. To add more insult to injury, Joe, is not a U.S. Citizen and could possibly face deportation once he finished his time in prison.

Teresa says that she feels like she's being scrutinized because she's a TV personality and that things would have been much easier if she was just a normal person going about her life. She can't blame anyone for the scrutiny seeing as she agreed to star in the hit TV show.
Joe on the other hand is rumored to have a drinking problem, but he says "I do drink a little bit, but I can drink two bottles of wine in one night. It helps me sleep, I don't want to take a sleeping pill."
Teresa did talk about the rumors that the show "Real Housewives of New Jersey" is scripted saying that she didn't like how the show portrayed her as a villain but that the table flipping was really all hers. She also spoke about her co-stars, saying that the only other housewife who contacted after her sentencing was Dina Manzo. Amber Marchese and Jaqueline Laurita contacted her before her last court hearing, wherein she was sentenced to 14-months in prison.
Lastly, Teresa says that she has grown since the first season of the show.
