Looks like things are just getting stranger by the day.
Actress Amanda Bynes was at "Pookie & Sebastian" a clothing store located at the Upper East Side of New York City when she started acting oddly, giving everyone else in the store a sort of freak show.
The actress arrived at the store wearing a gray coat, leggings, scarf and dark oversized sunglasses, she is later seen trying on a white shirt in the middle of the store, stripping down to what looked like a swimsuit, shocking the other customers-- she then started dancing and posing in front of a mirror. It was also reported that the actress was mumbling to herself about plastic surgery.

The footage shows Bynes, still dress in the white shirt she tried on in the middle of the shop asking one staff member "Should I really buy this?" after she was asked if she had planned on purchasing the said shirt that she was prancing around the store in. She is then seen heading to the door looking as though she was going to shoplift a plain white shirt, but fortunately she just decided to call her bodyguard.
That was when things turned sexual, she throws her hands around the man's neck and starts to twerk on him and at one point she even gropes him. But that wasn't the end of the 28-year olds bizarre behavior, while waiting for her credit card transaction to finish she breaks into a full on Gangnam style dance.
The owner of the shop says that the footage was really bizarre, but that it showed the actress' good taste -- clothing wise, of course.
