Lenovo has apologized for the pre-installation of Superfish adware, offering tools to remove it.
Lenovo launched its Yoga Tablet 2 Pro last Thursday along with the Yoga Tablet 2 that can run either Windows or Android.
The Chinese electronics giant's new tablet features a good set of specs that will stand out in the crowd.
Yoga Tablet 2 Pro sports a 13-inch display with a 2,560 x 1,440 screen resolution. What's more interesting is that Lenovo added a built-in projector in the hinge. This Pico projector can project images or video at up to 50 inches at a WVGA resolution.

It also features a fourth mode for the Yoga that allows you to "hang" the slate on a wall or other surface.
It comes with an Intel Atom 1.8GHz quad-core chip and the Android operating system as standard.
The tablet has an 8 megapixel rear camera. It offers a 32 GB internal storage that can be expanded to 64 GB via a microSD card slot.
The battery can last up to 15 hours on a full charge and features an 8 watt JBL sound system with a mini sub.
Yoga Tablet 2 Pro is designed to be a media machine that comes with a price of US$499.
Though there's no exact date as to when it will be released, it's expected to arrive before the end of October.
Moreover, Lenovo has a tablet that can run either on Windows or Android. Yoga Tablet 2 has two sizes: 8-inch display model and a 10-inch display model.
It offers Intel Atom processors, 2 GB of memory, and 16 GB in internal storage (up to 64 GB with a microSD card).
One micro-USB port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack are also included. Both tablets are equipped with an 8 megapixel rear camera with auto-focus, and a 1.6 megapixel front camera for video calls. The battery can last up to 18 hours on full charge.
Android-based Yoga Tablet 2 costs US$249 for the 8-inch model, and US$299 for the 10-inch model.
On the other hand, Windows-based Yoga Tablet 2's selling prices are US$299 for the 8-inch model and US$399 for the 10-inch model.
