World No. 1 Novak Djokovic won over David Ferrer to set up a Wimbledon finals rematch against long-time rival Roger Federer at the Shanghai Rolex Masters in Beijing on Friday.

This is the defending champion Djokovic's 28th consecutive victory in the tournament and hopes to capture the crown for the third year in a row.
Ferrer is knocking on the doors at the ATP World Tour Finals as he is just currently in ninth place, 35 points behind Milos Raonic in the eight-man shortlist to London this coming November.
Djokovic, 27, will now face his long-time rival, 17-time Grand Slam champion Federer in their 36th encounter which the Serb leads 18-17.
Federer, 33, had to extend his ordeal in the first set as he was pushed to a tie-break by Julien Benneteau but eventually held off 7-4.
The Swiss was unstoppable in the second set as he took down the Frenchman with a "bagel" to end the set and the match 7(7)-6(4) 6-0.
Djokovic and Federer's last encounter was in July at the All England Club in London where they battled a five-set thriller with the Serb ending victorious.
"There is no clear favorite," Djokovic said. "Every time we play against each other, it's a thriller."
Federer will overtake Rafael Nadal in the rankings next week at No. 2 and said that there are no secrets between him and Djokovic since they have played numerous times already.
"We'll see how much he can actually do, how much he can neutralize me, and how much I can do with him," Federer said. "I'll give it the best shot I have. I have a good game at the moment."
