It's a famous story about a spinster torn between two men. But now, the third and final installment of the famous Bridget Jones' Diary will be more of a one- sided love story, seeing as one of its famous actors has pulled out of the third film.
Actor Hugh Grant announced on Friday that he has decided not to be part of the film. "I love the books, but the script for this last Bridget Jones' film was not the same." he also said "I decided not to do it, but I think they're going to go ahead and do it without Daniel. The book's excellent, by the way, but the script is completely different - well, I last saw a copy of the script of it a few years ago."

In 2012, the actor revealed that he had a large hand during the creation of the script for the second film entitled 'Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason'.
The actor talked about the creation of the script for the final film and said "I'm always quite difficult. But I was really impossible for this one, and there was a lot of coming and going about my character and the script. To begin with, I was not convinced that my character, Daniel Cleaver, could ever go into television because its a medium he despises. But I got my head around that and did a lot of work on just sort of trying to keep the cleverness of Daniel."
So far the script for the untitled Bridget Movie was said to "still be taking shape" as of September of this year.
So, fans of the books and films will have to wait a couple more years.
