Grey's Anatomy is back on TV for season 11 and is still ranking high on the ratings. It just finished its 3^rd episode and now it is gearing on to their 4^th with lots of drama and hopefully answers Meredith Grey's (played by Ellen Pompeo) sister's sudden appearance.

This season will be revolving around Meredith and the many changes that are happening in her life. On the previous episodes, viewers have learned that Derek (played by Patrick Dempsey) her husband, got a great job offer to work in DC. The couple has been fighting about it and it has been hard for both of them to just make a decision. At the end of episode 3, Meredith told Derek to go and accept the job.

The title of episode 4 is Only Mama Knows. There will be some revelations about Meredith's mom, Ellis Grey (played by Kate Burton). Meredith will learn about her mother's secrets when she saw some of her old videos and journals. The answer to her sister's reappearance could be on those things.

Now about the hospital scene, Dr. Margareth "Maggie" Pierce (played by Kelly McCreary) will have some astonishing announcements. There will be some changes like Dr. Alex Karev (played by Justin Chambers) will be doing something new because he will be assigned to work on an area that is outside of his comfort zone, while Dr. Callie Torres (played by Sarah Ramirez) will now work on a project for veterans.

There is a lot to look forward to in this episode like, see if Derek is really going to take the job in DC. That is something that fans are really dying to know by now.
