19-year old John Luke Robertson of "Duck Dynasty" fame just got engaged. John Luke is Willie and Korie's eldest son.

Robertson proposed to his girlfriend Mary Kate McEachern on Saturday which also happened to be Robertson's birthday.

The reality star took to Instagram to post a photo with his now-fiance, captioning it with "She. Said. Yes." In the photo, Robertson holds a sign with "Future Mrs Robertson" and an arrow pointing to McEachern while McEachern displays her engagement ring.

McEachern also took to Instagram to greet her love a happy birthday. She posted, "Happy Birthday to the boy I'm going to marry."

Seems like the proposal and the engagement was truly a family affair.

Robertson's sister Rebecca also took to social media to post the happy couple's photo, writing, "She said YES! @missmarymcmcmc so excited to be your sister."

On the other hand, Reed, Robertson's cousin and eldest son of Jase and Missy Robertson, also teased fans of the show by congratulating the newly-engaged couple on social media. "Coolest engagement/birthday party ever," he tweeted.

Willie posted a birthday message to his son before he proposed, saying how proud of him he was and how the world was a better place with him in it.

A wedding date has yet to be set. However, for those who doubt that the marriage will last may want to look at Robertson's parents, Willie and Korie, who also got hitched in their late teens - a family precedent that a marriage between young couples may stand the test of time.

"Duck Dynasty" is a reality show on A&E that revolves around the lives of the Robertson family of Louisiana who garnered their wealth through their family-operated business "Duck Commander". Aside from the duck calls they make, the men in the family are well-known for their distinct beards, camouflage attire and conservative Christian views.
