Following the news of her engagement to long-time boyfriend Charles Lin, Taiwanese actress Ariel Lin revealed that after getting married, she and her husband-to-be will be moving to California.
Lin revealed that she will be moving settling in the USA with her fiancé after their wedding which is scheduled on December 24 this year. According to news reports, the couple will not be living in Taiwan after the nuptials as Charles Lin manages a diving products branch office which is located in California.

This news caused unease among fans of the actress as they have previously speculated that Lin will not be active in her entertainment career after her wedding, a notion that her management immediately denied, saying that Lin will be continuing despite her marriage.
Lin's management allegedly assured her fans and the public that the actress doesn't have any intention of quitting show business, adding that she has already agree to film a movie in March this coming year.
On a side note, after the announcement that Lin will be holding her engagement party on October 29, the public as well as her close friends in the industry have expressed their well-wishes to the couple and their approval to her fiancé.
According to Taiwanese media reports, her previous co-stars Joe Cheng and Bolin Chen have publicly congratulated the actress for her upcoming nuptials and also expressed that they will be sending their monetary presents worth more than 100,000 NTD.
Lin's close friends have also expressed that Charles is the ideal man for her, saying that it puts them at ease that the 32-year old actress will be in good hands. According to sources, Charles may seem like the typical rich heir, but they've praised him, saying that he maintains a good lifestyle and doesn't have vices.
Lin and her fiancé are said to have known each other for ten years now, but have only started dating back in 2011 when they've met again at a common friend's wedding.
