Instead of heading out to Paris for Fashion Week, Beyonce, Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy opted to take in the arts and culture of the city by heading out to the Louvre to view some of the world's most recognizable and famous sculptures and paintings, including the iconic "Mona Lisa".

The Carter family photos were uploaded onto Beyonce's website and featured the trio exploring the museum and taking in a variety of artwork.
During the said visit, Blue Ivy also showed her keen interest for the arts when she grabbed her mom's camera to take photos of her favorite pieces.
Since their "On The Run" tour wrapped up and amidst speculations of divorce and infidelity, the power couple was prompted to take time off to concentrate on their family.
The Carters have been going around Europe for some quality time together, most especially to celebrate Beyonce's 33rd birthday last month. The pop singer's birthday was celebrated aboard a yacht in Corsica with close family and friends.
The luxury yacht was said to have cost $800,000 a week to charter.
"Jay Z's all about making her happy and proving his love to her right now. He's got her some serious bling for her, but the downtime out on the boat with their crew is what she really wants," a source shared about Beyonce's birthday celebration.
Recently, Beyonce and Jay Z have also spent time with their close friend, soccer superstar David Beckham at the Paris Saint-Germain F.C. and Barcelona F.C soccer match.
After some much-needed downtime, the couple will be reportedly working on a "huge" collaboration.
Dash Radio's DJ Skee shared the news on-air after he got word from sources close to the couple that the two are planning to release an album late this year or in early 2015.
