NBC's Dr. Nancy Snyderman reportedly violated a 21-day voluntary quarantine after she secretly went to Peasant Grill in Hopewell Boro, New Jersey for some soup last Thursday. The said restaurant is one of Snyderman's favorites and is said to cater for her during events.
Snyderman and her team were asked to isolate themselves for 21 days, the incubation period of the Ebola virus, after their colleague Ashoka Mukpo tested positive for Ebola earlier this month.

None of the other crew members showed any symptoms.
"While they are deemed to be at low risk, we have agreed with state and local health authorities that our team will not come to work, and they will stay at home taking their temperatures twice daily and staying in touch with the local health authorities," NBC News President Deborah Turness shared.
The quarantine was voluntary, but after the said violation, the New Jersey Department of Health has placed Snyderman and her team in mandatory quarantine on Friday. Snyderman and her crew will remain confined until October 22.
A number of witnesses in and near Peasant Grill claimed that they saw the physician and TV personality, donning shades and a ponytail, waiting inside her Mercedes outside the restaurant as a man entered the establishment to buy some food.
The owners of the restaurant shared that they didn't see Snyderman inside the restaurant.
NBC News declined to comment about the violation, saying that commenting would violate certain privacy issues. Synderman or her rep have yet to respond to the allegation as well.
Mukpo was said to have contracted the disease on October 1, during his second day as cameraman for NBC News when their team covered the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. He has since then been airlifted to Nebraska for treatment.
The World Health Organization stated that since the outbreak began in March, 4,033 of the 8,399 have died from the disease.
