Legendary comedian John Cleese was in the same show with Taylor Swift at "The Graham Norton Show" in London and they were talking about their cats when Cleese went ahead and insulted Swift's feline companion.

The host of the show, Graham Norton, noted that Swift has two cats while Cleese has 17 and flashed a photo of Olivia Benson, Swift's cat. Cleese then asked Swift what kind of accident the cat had and Swift was flabbergasted and confused asking Cleese "What accident?"

The 74-year-old blurted out asking "Is that a proper cat? Or is it damaged? That's the weirdest cat I've ever seen in my life."

The 24-year-old seemed embarrassed by the comments made by Cleese but Norton butted in saying that it's not the weirdest cat flashing a photo of Cleese's cat being held by his wife. 24-year-old Swift then commented on the black-furred cat saying it's a monster.

 However, that was not the end of it, although all is in good humor, Cleese noted that he likes cats better than dogs as they are "unpredictable and cussed like women" while he was looking directly at Swift.

Anyway, although continually made fun of by Cleese, Olivia Benson is now a model for the latest Keds that Swift is promoting.

Swift was in the show as she promoted her upcoming album entitled 1989. The star also had another secret listening party for her fans in the U.K. The star was asked by the host of the show how she found her fans in the U.K. and she noted that she followed her fans for months before inviting them and they came. She was then likened to a stalker.

The release of her album is on October 27 this year.
