Caleb Pusey is the fiancé that Amanda Bynes is referring to however, he has spoken about the rumored issue noting that what Amanda told the media was not at all true.

Caleb was said to be a guy that Amanda met at a rehab in California called Canyon Treatment Center and insiders close to the alleged groom-to-be said that they are not getting hitched as they were only friends. No dates were even set between the two and that they have not spoken months after they part ways from the rehab.

The former Nickelodeon star has told the great news in an interview with In Touch Magazine noting that she just wants to get married to her 19-year-old fiancé and get away from all the people. She added that people should just stop messing with her 'cause she is already engaged.

She also recently tweeted that she and Caleb will actually be featured in People Magazine and that the whole ceremony will be covering their wedding.

Amanda has been photographed wearing a large diamond ring during her stay in New York City and was published in different blogs and sites. This is where Caleb saw the rumors and he noted that he can't understand why Amanda would say such.

Anyway, Amanda just entered another psychiatric hold in Los Angeles as she was reportedly held there for at least 72 hours. The detention can be extended up to 14 days depending on her behavior.

Her parents and friends have been really worried about her as she has been running into many situations that have shown that she is really in need of help and so they orchestrated a "trap" to finally get her to the help she needed. A lawyer and doctors were with her parents when she arrived at Los Angeles.

The star's parents are also rumored to be seeking for another conservatorship.
