Reality TV couple Teresa and Joe Giudice of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' fame are set to serve their jail sentences early next year. But now an order has been sent to the couple telling them to keep all their finances separate, this move was made to prevent Teresa in paying Joe's huge debt and Joe paying for Teresa's.

The couple pleaded guilty early this year to conspiracy to commit mail, wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud after exaggerating both their incomes in order to secure mortgages for homes and cars. Esther Salas, a US Discrict Court Judge, sentenced Teresa to 15 months in federal prison while Joe was sentenced to 41 months in prison and a possibilty of deportation since he is not a US Citizen.
It was agreed upon that Teresa will be serving her 15 month sentence in January 2015 and Joe will immediately start serving his 41 month sentece after Teresa is freed from prison, this is to ensure that one parent will be with the children while the other is serving time.
They were also ordered to go under probation for two years and were told to pay restitution fees amounting to US$400,000.
During last weeks 'Watch What Happens Live' Joe told his wife "I just want to say sorry for bringing you into this mess. I honestly don't know what to say. If I could take it all back I would but, I can't."
The couple have 4 daughters--- their eldest is Gia followed by Milania, Gabriella and Audriana.
