The show stars Viola Davis as Professor Annalise Keating, J.D., an Ivy League professor at Middleton University. Being a defense lawyer outside the school, she gets to choose some of her students to work in her firm. She is currently married to Sam Keating (played by Tom Verica) but is actually living a double life because she has a side lover, Detective Nate Lahey (played by Billy Brown).
The story basically revolves around Keating and how good she is as a lawyer and a teacher. There is a lot of drama involved especially with the way she lives her life and her relationships. Her students will also become involved in her personal life and that could lead to some problems in the middle of the show.
There will be different murder cases that the viewers will see in every episode and Keating's clients are the ones accused of murder. The first 3 episodes have been impressive so far.
Find out how she wins every single case on this season and know if she would really get her clients away from murder by the time the show reaches its finale.
Catch How To Get Away with Murder every Thursday night on ABC.
