Blake Griffin scored game high of 31 points but the Los Angeles Clippers still lost their third exhibition game against the Utah Jazz, 102-89, in Salt Lake City on Monday.
The Clippers are 0-3 this preseason, losing to the Golden State Warriors last Friday and the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday. Not a fun way to start especially with new team owner Steve Ballmer looking on.

Griffin scored 21 points on 10-for-16 shooting but the rest of the team had a combined score of only 18 points on seven-for-28 shooting as they trailed Utah 56-39 in the first half.
Clippers coach Doc Rivers continued to shuffle players in the small forward position after Matt Barnes and Reggie Bullock had opportunities to play in the last two games.
Chris Douglas-Roberts started out for the team but did not impress the coaching staff as he only scored four point and four rebounds in 30 minutes while third-stringer Joe Ingles only scored three points.
Los Angeles guards Chris Paul and J.J. Redick had more of a good game as Paul started out slow but ended up with 11 points while Redick finished with 17 points.
Center DeAndre Jordan had the highest rebound with seven but only scored six points.
The defense of the Clippers needs improving as Utah was unstoppable from the perimeter. Utah guard Burke Trey top scored for the team with 16 points and dished out eight assists while center Derrick Favors contributed 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Jazz reserve center Gobert Rudy was ejected into the game numerous times and somehow collected 11 points and 20 rebounds, an assessment that the Clippers should also work on their defense under the paint.
With just a little over two weeks left before the start of the regular season, the Clippers should find a lethal combination for they are expected to contend for the Western Conference title.
