Reese Witherspoon made headlines in 2013 when the actress momentarily lost control over her behavior.
Witherspoon finally opened up about what went down in 2013 and what she thought about it.
The "Sweet Home Alabama" actress was arrested in April last year for disorderly conduct. It happened when her husband Jim Toth was pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence.

Witherspoon threw a fit and pulled the fame card when her husband was being arrested. She refused to return inside their vehicle and reportedly asked the arresting officer if he knew who she was.
While the actress only had to pay a $213 fine, her behavior cost her her pristine reputation.
The actress said at the press conference for her new movie, "Wild," at the BFI London Film Festival yesterday, October 13, that the arrest was a wake-up call to her and to everyone else in the world who thought of her only as a sweet girl.
"I think it was a moment where people realized that I wasn't exactly what they thought I was," the 38-year-old actress said. "I guess maybe we all like to define people by the way the media represents them, and I think that showed I have a complexity that people didn't know about.
She also said regarding the arrest that, "It's part of human nature. I made a mistake. We all make mistakes. The best you can do is say sorry and learn from it and move on."
Witherspoon apologized for her actions just a few days after the run-in with the police.
"I had clearly one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said," she told Us Weekly.
"It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am," the actress said in her apology.
