Singer Kesha, originally Kesha Rose Sebert, sued her former mentor and producer Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, over allegations that include sexual assault and battery.

The court documents that have been filed by Kesha claims that she has been sexually assaulted, harassed, and also brought up issues about gender violence, civil harassment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The singer also included the companies of Luke in the lawsuit such as Kasz Money, Precription Songs, Where Da Kasz At? and Kemosabe Records.

In detail, Kesha noted that Luke persuaded her to drop out of high school and leave her family in Nashville in order to start a career in the music industry in Los Angeles. She added that Dr. Luke has sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused her for the past ten years to the extent that the singer wanted to take her life.

Also, Dr. Luke allegedly abused her to destroy Kesha's self-confidence and self-worth so he can completely control the 27-year-old star and her career.

She also noted that Dr. Luke forced her to use an illegal drug before boarding a plane and the alleged is claimed to have forced himself on her while the singer was intoxicated and could not defend herself.

Another incident that Kesha claims to have been done by Dr. Luke was when he forced her to take "sober pills" for her to sober up. However, after she took the pills, she woke up naked in the bed of Dr. Luke feeling sore and sick.

Kesha also claims that Dr. Luke always told her that she was not that pretty or talented but she was lucky she was under his company and his wing. The producer also allegedly called her fat all the time that resulted to the star to suffer from bulimia.

According to the star's lawyer, Kesha will be asking for payment for damages and to void her agreement with Dr. Luke's company.

On the other hand, Dr. Luke countered the said lawsuit noting that what Kesha has filed contain defamatory and untrue statements. Also, the "lies" told by Kesha is said to be penned by the singer's mother, Pebe.
