Iran's nuclear development program will push through, President Hassan Rouhani declared late Monday ahead of the Nov. 24 deadline world powers have jointly set to determine the fate of Tehran's nuclear initiative.
Iran and the P5+1 will reach a negotiated solution on the nuclear issue that will be a win for all parties concerned, Rouhani said during a televised address Monday night.

The P5+1 include world powers China, Britain, Germany, Russia, France and the United States.
The Iranian leader said he is certain an agreement will be signed in the remaining days leading to the November deadline, adding that measures had been taken to address the nuclear issue, Reuters relayed.
Rouhani exuded confidence as he called the nuclear issue irreversible. The international community is "tired" and is seeking for an end to the years-long diplomatic impasse between Iran and the West over the former's uranium enrichment program, he said.
Rouhani's comments takes a positive turn after his remarks last month at the sidelines of the UN General Assembly that nuclear talks with the West were going at an extremely slow pace.
Negotiations are expected to resume in Vienna later this week.
The deal aims to safeguard against Iran's non-compliance to peaceful initiatives with regard to its nuclear development program.
For years, Israel and the U.S. have alleged that the Iranian government was secretly manufacturing an arsenal of nuclear weapons. But Tehran has maintained the program is geared toward peaceful and non-violent goals such as power generation and medical isotopes.
World powers have already acknowledged that Iran be granted access to nuclear technology, Press TV relayed. Against the backdrop of alarming global terrorist threats, the West seems eager to move on to other issues.
The deal is also seen as a way to help develop relations between Israel and Iran.
Rouhani rose to power in 2013 after he moderately campaigned to work towards a diplomatic solution to address the nuclear dispute.
