Music and talent mogul Simon Cowell embraces the ultimate bachelor title after Hollywood A-list actor Geroge Clooney tied the knot last month with Amal Alamuddin.
Although he has an eight-month old son named Eric with his partner Lauren Silverman, Cowell has not gotten married yet which still makes him a bachelor, and now that Clooney has gotten married, the ultimate single crown now belongs to Cowell.

"I'm the only iconic bachelor left in the entire world - thanks for that George Clooney," says Cowell with a laugh during an interview with a British magazine.
Cowell says that it is a title that he is willing to hold on to for a little bit longer. He added that he has never said anything about refusing marriage, but he has definitely not imagined having kids and yet he has Eric.
According to the 55-year old mogul, he wasn't the type to become a father. It had been a shock when he confirmed that Silverman was pregnant with their son, but he said that he would not change a thing in his life at the moment, also adding his thanks to their son's 'amazing' nannies.
Cowell says that he is always nervous about not getting along with the person he would be having kids with, saying that he does not want to make the wrong decision.
"The fact is, our baby wasn't planned was actually the best thing for us to have done and we're very happy now," says Cowell, adding that he is probably in a better position to be a father now than he would have been 10 years ago.
According to Cowell, who admitted that he has never tried changing diapers in his life, he isn't as involved in his son's life as other fathers may be, but made up for it, saying that he is making big plans for Eric's future.
