Actress Casey Wilson wrote in an article for Cosmopolitan that although sleeping with your boss is "a horrible idea", she said that when she starred in "Happy Endings", she wanted to woo and date the series' creator, David Caspe.
Wilson and Caspe tied the knot last May.
The "Marry Me" actress recalled Caspe being funny and kind and, that she was madly in love with him, but had hesitations about being with him because "sleeping with your boss isn't a great color on anyone".

Wilson shared, however that her personality is a "mixture of low dignity/high confidence", and she took the chance anyway. So after one drunken night Caspe admitted that if she weren't an actress on his show, he would have kissed her. However, Caspe told her that he was given strict orders never to date any of the actresses on the show. Wilson shared that the fact that he was stickler for rules crushed her, but also made her respect him even more.
So, Wilson shared that she waited for him to be ready.
"I'll never forget the romantic night over dinner with coworkers at Benihana when David turned to me and said he was finally ready to give it a try. At this point we had over a year of friendship under our belts and the mutual respect that comes from working together on our sides. We started dating and a year-and-a-half later, we were engaged."
She concluded her hilarious piece by saying that sleeping with the boss has its risks. She shared that the act will always turn out wrong unless it is meant to be, unless it turns out right.
However, Wilson shared that love is risk - no matter what situation. So if you have a chance at the real thing, she suggests you take it.
