"Occupy Central" protesters have been in the Admiralty for over two weeks. While police were wrapping up the demolitions of protest barricades in the region on Tuesday, a bride and groom are seen on a mad dash for City Hall to register marriage from Cotton Tree Drive to City Hall Marriage Registry.

The bride, in a white gown, was seen running barefoot while holding her 3-inch heels, hoping to cross into Central to register marriage on time. However, when the couple reached the cordon between Lippo Centre and the High Court in Admiralty at around 11am, officers would not let them through.
Some passengers shouted "Fighting" and "Run fast!" to the couple. The couple also won applause from passengers for their romantic journey.
"I have never seen a girl who ran so fast. I could not capture (the picture) with millisecond shutter," a cameraman laughed and said.
As the reporter from HK Apply Daily found the couple in City Hall, the bride already had changed to causal dress. "I don't want to talk anything right now," said the bride, her back to the reporter.
The reporter asked the bride if they missed the marriage registration. "No. (We) registered," the bride said. The groom quietly stood next to the bride all the time.
It is said that the couple was worried about the traffic in Admiralty, so that they gave up using decorated vehicle and walked to registry instead.
