Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore had finally made her US$20,000 donation to the Detroit Public School Foundation, she posted a photo on her instagram account of her holding the said check captioning it with "I am very proud to be able to give back and to keep my promise to the Detroit public schools foundation, I have just donated US$20,000. Detroit is a resilient city and so am I. I will continue to shine despite of the fact that there are people who want to see me fail or try to turn my positivity in to negativity. See you soon Detroit! #igotyomoney #kenyalovesthekids #twirlsawayhaters

Kenya went to her local Chase bank to cut a US$20,000 check, this was after co-star and fellow housewife Nene Leaks threw shade at her during their reunion special saying that Moore was all talk and no walk, Nene even went as far as saying that Moore was just putting up a front because she is actually broke which in turn pissed off Kenya thus this donation.
Well that's a US$20,000 check right there, so that speaks for itself.
Moore says she chose to donate to the said foundation because Detroit has always been close to her heart, she also lived there for most of her childhood.
Aside from the fiscal facial she served Leaks via this donation, Kenya has now challenged Nene to make a donation of the same amount and actually back up the charity that she spoke about during the reunion show, Kenya is basically throwing the same shade Nene threw at her a couple weeks ago.
So far, Nene's donation is still MIA -- she hasn't donated the US$20,000. The outspoken housewife has kept mum about whether or not she is in fact donating the said amount.
