Kesha's mom, Pepe Sebert, allegedly sent Dr. Luke's lawyer a year ago saying that if Luke did not release her daughter from her contract, she will go public with rape allegations.

In the email obtained by gossip site TMZ, Sebert wrote, "We, me and Kesha and her friends, like Lady Gaga, are going to make all of this Really PUBLIC, in the next few days. Luke date raped Kesha when she was 18. Nicky Hilton's birthday? Paris Hilton's house? Luke gave Kesha pills. She ended up naked in his hotel room 2 days later. No longer a virgin?"

Sebert then proceeds to give the ultimatum that if Luke fails to release he singer from her legal contracts and returns all publishing rights to her, she will go public with the rape. She concluded by saying "And if I wind up dead, TRUST ME, IT'S IN WRITING TO CALL YOU AND LUKE."

In a lawsuit filed by Dr. Luke against Kesha, he stated that the singer's allegations are lies and, were strategically used so that he would release her from a recording contract.

Luke's lawyer, Christina Lepera, who filed the suit within hours after Kesha filed hers, insisted that the singer and her mother confessed that they were lying about the abuse.

Mark Geragos, Kesha's attorney, on the other hand shared that Luke's denial is simply another predictable extension of his abuse as well as, his futile attempt to keep her under his control. Geragos claimed that Luke's lawsuit is not founded on fact and is therefore ludicrous.

Geragos stated that Kesha just wants to put her experiences with Luke behind her and move forward with her life and career.

Dr. Luke is one of the music industry's pop hit-makers, producing hit singles for the likes of Katy Perry, Rihanna, Pitbull, Flo Rida, Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears.
