The rumored dangerous liaison between former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and the 45-year old Wendi Deng, ex-wife of 83-year old media baron Rupert Murdoch, turned out to be true based on the admission of Murdoch himself.
In an exclusive interview with Forbes Magazine, Murdoch confirmed that his divorce to Deng in February was caused by the former British Labour party leader, Tony Blair.

The mogul filed for divorce in June of 2013.
Murdoch also confirmed the existence of a diary and note revealing incriminating details of the Wendi-Blair affair.
Murdoch said that it was only after the divorce that he got to see and read the incriminating diary afer it was published on the magazine, Vanity Fair.
The note said that his wife of 14 years admired the "physique" of the former British Prime Minister and his "piercing blue eyes."
Murdoch regretted the publication of the diary and wished the details of the extra-marital affair and the divorce were kept away from the public's prying eyes.
Excerpts from Deng's diary were also published in Vanity.
The affair reportedly happened at Murdoch's ranch in Carmel in California while he was in Australia.
The mogul said that he asked the staff at his Carmel ranch and was told of things that led him to file for divorce in June as soon as he found a lawyer.
After 14 years of marriage, Murdoch, the Chief Executive Officer and chairman of the News Corporation, decided to call it quits with Deng.
Forbes interviewed Murdoch primarily for updates on his media empire that spans film, television, newspapers, magazine and the Internet.
In July of last year, News Corporation was split into two groups. All visual and broadcast entities such as Fox TV, the fourth largest American network, and Sky Television in the UK and Australia were placed under 21st Century Fox, while the film division was under 20th Century Fox.
News Corporation retained all the publication interests that include British papers, The Times, The Sun and Sundays Times.
Murdoch initially opposed the decision to split his corporate empire but after a few months, he admits he was proven wrong and calls the move a great success.
The media baron admits that in the last few months after his divorce from Wendi, life was not easy.
The divorce procedure was done in New York and the whole process went smoothly except for the ownership of a New York apartment, a home in Deng's native China, and custody of Murdoch's two children with Deng - Grace, age 11 and the youngest Chloe, age 10.
Murdoch first met Deng while she was employed in Star TV, a Hong Kong based entertainment unit Murdoch owns.
Ironically, Tony Blair, who once successfully led the Labour Party at the House of Commons from 1997 to 2007, is godfather to Murdoch's youngest child.
The relation of the two first became visible when Murdoch supported Blair and the Labour Party in 1995, which was then the opposition party.
Blair is married to Cherry Booth since 1980 and has four children, the youngest born during his time at No.10 Downing.
Blair stepped down in 2007 and was succeeded by Gordon Brown as PM.
