Microsoft is expected to launch a smartwatch within a few weeks, reports said.
Its smartwatch features health-tracking capabilities that include a heart-rate monitor while its battery can last more than two days with regular use, Forbes reported.
Microsoft's smart watch primary focuses on fitness activities. The device is designed to track a wearer's heart rate and other aspects of his movement and vitals through 11 sensors embedded in the fitness band.

Additionally, Microsoft also offers a cross-platform smartwatch. The company's wearable works and syncs not only with Windows but across multiple mobile devices running iOS and Android.
Earlier this year, Microsoft's plan of jumping into wearables made news around the web after patent images of the device leaked.
Previous rumors also indicated Microsoft was working on a 1.5-inch display with removable wrist bands. Microsoft employed experts from its Kinect division to develop the wearable technology.
This is Microsoft's second wearable gadget since it announced its SPOT smartwatch in 2004.
Microsoft has no formal statement yet about the pricing or official name of the fitness band, reports confirm.
The company's unnamed wristband will go on sale "soon after its launch," making it available to consumers for the holiday season.
