After watching singer Jessie J take the UK's "X Factor" stage in a sexy number, One Direction heart throb Niall Horan took to Twitter to jokingly propose to the "Bang Bang" hitmaker.

''@JessieJ marry me ! (sic),'' he tweeted.

The 26-year old Jessie J, who was wearing a skimpy bejeweled black outfit that featured a peeking bra and hot pants underneath, has yet to respond to his admiration.

Although Jessie J is more likely flattered by the boy band member's open affection, this isn't the first time the singer has taken to social media to express his infatuation with a brunette singer. Seems like Horan likes throwing around those marriage proposals online.

Last year, Horan also asked pop singer Katy Perry on Twitter to marry him. The "Roar" singer was still seeing singer-songwriter John Mayer during that time.

After Perry performed on the UK's "X Factor" results show in October last year, without hesitation, Horan took to Twitter to post, ''I love you @katyperry! Thank you! Ps. Will u marry me?''

In November last year, Horan once again took to social media to express his admiration for Perry. Perry, who is currently single, posed for a photograph with Horan and his band mates. Horan then posted the picture on Instagram and joked that Perry had accepted his marriage proposal.

''She said yes ! It's happening! Haha (sic),'' he captioned the picture.

Horan, it seems, will always carry an affection for Perry, who helped kickstart his career when she personally requested that he join Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Harry Styles to form a boy band.

Initially, the singer and his fellow bandmates auditioned as solo artists for the reality singing competition in 2010. Following the creation of their group, the boys eventually won the competition and, have become one of the biggest acts in the music industry today.
