Kris Jenner, who is believed to be currently managing Selena Gomez, has just signed up the 22-year old singer-actress to an arduous fitness boot camp. The said boot camp is focused on improving Gomez's well-being and stamina.

The 58-year old momager is said to be pushing Gomez to achieve a six-pack. In an effort to do so, she signed the star up for "Barry's Bootcamp, which [her daughter] Kim [Kardashian West] does. She's giving her tips and advice on everything from surgery to body hair and Selena's completely in awe.''

Jenner and Gomez were said to have made an instant connection after the two met last month during Fashion Week in Paris. After Gomez fired her mother as her manager last April, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" matriarch is said to have supported the star and, has acted as her mentor.

A source shared that Jenner has really taken the young star under her wing and, is treating her like she would her other daughters.

Jenner also manages her own children, namely Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian and, Kendall and Kylie Jenner. The momager believes that adding Gomez to her roster of stars will help build her already growing clientele and will further boost her entertainment empire.

''[Kris] thinks Selena's got a huge amount of talent and plans on making a ton of money out of managing her," the source added.

It seems that Gomez deems Jenner as someone who helps motivate her and, will help her achieve a better version of herself.

In a recent interview with the women of "The Talk", Gomez shared that her best friend singer Taylor Swift had advised her to surround herself with people who want the best for her and, who will help her reach her goals.

Gomez also shared that one of the reasons why she loves Swift is that she has always been supportive of her - no matter what.
