It was announced at the New York City Comic Con yesterday that OPERATION S.I.N will be kicking off in January.
Credits will go to the creative team of Kathyrn Immonen and Richard Ellis. The five part comic book series will follow Howard Stark and Peggy Carter as they venture into the Cold-war era in Russia to trail an alien artifact that could cause problems in the balance of international relations.

Immonen teases fans during an interview with Marvel.com by saying "Peggy and Howard know each other very well and if it was obvious that she was not his biggest fan before, it will be even more obvious during the first few pages of the first issue."
The comic book sounds strikingly similar to the TV show Agent Carter as Howard Stark pulls Peggy back to action because he believes that she does not do anything beyond what she does behind the desk. The comic book will also feature the original sin character Woodrow McCord, who tags along towards the direct path of Hydra and its reorganization.
They say that the Hydra that will be seen in their comic book is a splinter group that operates in a remote place co-opting a good part of the imprisoned brain trust of the Soviet.
No word on whether or not other Marvel characters will be appearing in the five park comic book series, so we just have to wait and see if they will be making any appearances.
