Recently, Demi Lovato was asked about doing a possible collaboration with One Direction and she responded in a manner that has made One Direction fans upset.
The former Disney star said that she will probably never work with the boyband because she wants to focus more on collaborations and working with people who inspire her, but she also clarified that there is nothing wrong with One Direction, she just does not want to work with them.

The 22-year old was also asked about a possible collaboration with Ed Sheeran, she answered by saying that she and Sheeran have already talked about it, but they are both currently busy and their schedules are getting in the way.
Lovato was previously linked to One Direction member Niall Horan after the two confessed to Skyping often and having date nights at Pink Taco, but Demi cleared the air saying "Niall is such a sweet guy and I definitely consider him a very good friend but our relationship never crossed that line. He's sweet and caring but we're just friends."
We do not know if the two had a falling out in the recent months and if that possible falling out caused Demi's dismissal of any possible collaboration with the British Boyband.
Lovato, is currently on tour with stops in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, California, Minnesota, Washington DC and Illinois.
Unfortunately this tour has not been a sold out show unlike her previous ones, although she did have an onstage reunion with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas who is rumored to be dating his brothers ex-girlfriend, model Gigi Hadid
