A same-sex couple tied the knot at a comic-book store in New York on Wednesday to celebrate the first gay nuptials in the superhero world in a new edition from Marvel Comics. Midtown Comics delayed the opening of its downtown store for the wedding of Everhart, a healthcare site manager from Columbus, Ohio, and 33-year-old architect Welker. The real-life nuptials, complete with a band, balloons and decorations, coincided with the comic-book union of Jean-Paul Beaubier, aka Northstar, who can move and fly at superhuman speed, and his long-term partner, Kyle, in the series Astonishing X-Men #51.
After the massive success that the last installment of the X-Men has achieved, another sequel is about to be seen and it will be called X-Men: Apocalypse. The worldwide release of this movie is on May 27, 2016 and it will be directed once again by Bryan Singer. The studio has not finalized their casting but they are currently eyeing on Tom Hardy as one of the villains.

Hardy has been offered to be a villain in many different upcoming movies and X-Men: Apocalypse is one of them. The role that Marvel is looking for him to play is Doctor Strange. Meanwhile, DC movie is also creating a new film called Suicide Squad and the studio is also offering Hardy one of the lead roles. The in demand actor has indeed a lot to think about as to which company would he want to be working for and looks like he doesn't have much time to decide because in just a few weeks, the casting for X-Men: Apocalypse has to wrap up.
For this sequel, the plot will involve the mutants to battle with a new major villain who will go by the name of Apocalypse. After Professor X and the other mutants finally made amends with Magneto and winning over Trask and his evil army of Sentinels from Days of Future Past, this new villain will be tougher to beat than the last ones. According to the story, Apocalypse has been there for many years and his power involves manipulation of the great pyramid in Egypt.
For those of you who follow the comic book story, you probably have already an idea of what he looks like. His skin color is grey and he does have some blue marks on his face. He possesses some unusual power since birth and this is why the mutants will find it hard to defeat him.
Now for anyone who wants to be a part of the movie, you could audition because the studio is still on going with their casting. Don't forget the worldwide release of X-Men The Apocalypse is on May 27, 2016 but the US release is on May 18, 2016.
