The American TV series Shameless is about to come back for its 5^th season on January 11, 2015.  The ratings have been going so well that the producers decided to continue its run. In line with this news, the network also released a new teaser video that gives hint to the plot of the upcoming season. Now fans are more excited to see what is going to take place and critics on the other hand are saying that the show could last longer than just 5 seasons.

Shameless is about a dysfunctional family with an alcoholic dad Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy) who has six kids trying to make life work especially with their finances. Lots of fans are watching it because it depicts more of the reality of what is going on in the US for ordinary households who are not living the glamorous Hollywood life.

The teaser video is called New Neighbors, Old Hooks and this new season will show 12 episodes. So for those of you who are intrigued on what's next for this show, the trailer has a lot of juicy information. Fiona (Emmy Rossum) is seen running along with Ian (Cameron Monaghan) on the alleys of Chicago in the promo video as they also passed by a fitness center that doesn't seem right for the community.

They are not used to have a fitness center in their area so that was really a surprise for them to see it.  Fiona however was doubtful of the establishment that she told Ian the place could be an underground business for some drug lords and they only have the fitness center as a front.

It is going to be another season of a wild ride for the Gallagher family. Catch it on the 11^th of January 2015 only on Showtime channel.
