Kesha Swore Under Oath That Dr. Luke Never Drugged Her, Lawyer Says It Was Out Of Fear

Dr. Luke has successfully obtained a copy of a sealed deposition back in 2011 when Kesha once swore under oath that her producer never drugged her nor touched her. These statements are then in contrast to the lawsuit that Kesha has filed last week against Luke and his companies.
Also in the said deposition, Kesha reportedly said that there was no intimate relationship between them. However, Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, responded to the latest move of Dr. Luke's camp did not come as a surprise and that it was not a fair game.

Kesha's lawyer adds that it's a pathetic attempt to once again blame the victim in the situation noting that Kesha has lied during the said deposition as Luke threatened the singer that he would destroy her and her family's life if she will tell the truth.
He also noted that it was a desperate "Hail Mary" and that Luke is really twisting and grasping facts so as to counter the equivocal statements of the singer. Geragos noted that protecting the abuser out of fear happens too often for battered women.
Kesha reportedly really wants to get out of Luke's management as she has been driven to the brink of death and into rehab. Kesha does not want to allow the ongoing situation to happen to her anuymore and that she wants to wither away from the hands of her abuser, adds Geragos.
The lawsuit of Kesha has been filed on October 14 and it detailed situations where Dr. Luke sexually assaulted her and that she suffered from physical and emotional battery. She also talked about Dr. Luke slipping drugs to her drinks so he could rape her while she was unconscious.
Dr. Luke was quick to respond about this and pressed that it was just an effort by Kesha and her mother, Pebe Sebert, so Kesha could finally be freed from the contract they have on her.
