Zoe Saldana has been invited to The Queen Latifah Show on Tuesday and she talked about her childhood as well as being bullied.

The star revealed she hated girly things while growing up and that she loved dressing up as a "ninja" every Halloween. She pressed that her sisters wore these cute and girly costumes as her younger sister always dressed up as a bug or a butterfly while her older sister was a rocker chick or Cleopatra. She also said that she always liked playing with boys when she was young.

She also talked about how adventurous she was and that she did not like to wear girly things because she could not be herself. She noted that her mother once bought her a beautiful dress and went to a birthday party but her mom looked at her signifying she'll ruin the dress if she'll play with the other kids on the said event.

Then came the bullying. Zoe pressed that it was difficult for her to have female friends as sometimes, girls can be too mean toward each other. She also noted that her mom was always there to make her understand about the situation and even said that maybe other girls were mean because they are going through something.

She then said that bullies are the unhappiest people and noted that the are the ones who are most scared, who have very little regard for themselves and have very poor self-esteem.

She then added that understanding bullies will make you a winner and that you have to stick with people who can make you feel great about yourself. She adds that the only person that can make you feel good about yourself is you. She added that it takes practice and it's not easy but she pressed that she practiced this mantra 'I'm beautiful. This is me. This is as good as it is going to get and it is great.'

Zoe also showed her gorgeous baby bump as she and husband Margo Perego are expecting twins.
